Short answers
Please read these before getting in touch.
How can I contact Weight Science?
Weight Science does not have a public inbox yet. We will publish an address on this page as soon as one is set up, and we will not use a contact form.
Can you advise me personally?
Weight Science cannot give personal medical, diet or medication advice, by email or otherwise. A doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian who knows your history is the right person for that.
What if I need help urgently?
If you need urgent help, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 999 in the UK, 112 in much of Europe). In the UK, NHS 111 can advise on symptoms that are not emergencies.
What we welcome
Once our inbox is live, we want to hear about factual errors, broken source links, and studies we have missed or misread. A correction is most useful with the page address, the sentence in question, and a link to the source that shows the problem.
Until then, every guide is reviewed on a fixed schedule and corrected when we find a problem; see the editorial policy.
What we cannot help with
Weight Science cannot review personal diet plans, interpret test results, or comment on medicines. We also do not accept product samples, sponsored articles or guest posts.
